We deliver across South Africa and to Eswatini, and you can collect any order free from our Johannesburg or Malkerns store. Every order is confirmed with you by phone before it leaves us, and you pay when it arrives.

Delivery by our driver in Gauteng
Our own driver delivers across Gauteng, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand and Centurion. Checkout recognises Gauteng addresses from the province you choose. Orders confirmed before 12:00 on a business day are delivered the same day; orders confirmed later arrive the next business day or the one after.
Courier delivery in South Africa and Eswatini
Everywhere else in South Africa, and in Eswatini, your order travels by courier: usually 2–4 business days in South Africa and 3–6 business days to Eswatini, counted from your confirmation call. Orders confirmed after 12:00 are dispatched the next business day. You pay the courier on delivery.
Deliveries to Eswatini cross the border, so Eswatini customs may charge import VAT or duties on arrival. These are payable by you and are not included in our prices. Border clearance can occasionally add a day or two.
Collect in store
Choose Collect in store at checkout and pick Johannesburg (330 Boundary Road, Northriding) or Malkerns (Malkerns Square, Eswatini). We call you when your order is ready. Collection is free, any day from 8am to 10pm; please bring your order number.
When your order arrives
- Please check the parcel when it is handed to you. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, call us on +27 82 344 9300 as soon as you can and we will put it right.
- If no one is available to receive a delivery we arranged with you, we will contact you to rearrange it.
