These terms apply to every order placed on giovane.eyosolutions.com. By placing an order you agree to them. They sit alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, which they do not reduce.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by Giovane Gentile Fashion and Style.

2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it with you by telephone, which we do for every order before it is dispatched. If we cannot reach you to confirm, or an item is no longer available, we will tell you and cancel that item or the whole order at no cost to you.
You must be 18 or older to order, and the details you give us must be accurate so that we can deliver and contact you. An account is created with your first order; it is where you see your order history and follow each delivery.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). The price you pay is the price shown in your order confirmation, plus the delivery charge shown at checkout. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Customers in Eswatini pay the same rand price.
4. Payment
You pay when your order is delivered, to the person delivering it. We will tell you the accepted payment methods when we call to confirm your order. Ownership of the goods passes to you once they are paid for.
5. Delivery and collection
We deliver within South Africa and to Eswatini: by our own driver in Gauteng, and by courier elsewhere. You may also collect your order free from our Johannesburg or Malkerns store. The delivery options and charges for your address are shown at checkout, and the full rates, areas and expected times are on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates counted from your confirmation call. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, or to the person you nominate, or when you collect them.
Import VAT or duties charged by Eswatini customs on deliveries to Eswatini are payable by the customer.
If you refuse an order at the door that was confirmed with you, or no one is available to receive it after we have arranged delivery with you, we may ask that future orders be paid in advance.
6. Returns, cancellations and faulty goods
You may cancel and return an order within 7 days of receiving it, and faulty goods are covered for 6 months. The details are in our Returns and refunds policy.
7. Product information
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes follow the system stated on each product page (letter sizes, waist in inches, or European trouser, suit and shoe sizes); call us if you would like help choosing a size.
8. Your personal information
We use your personal information only to process and deliver your order and to provide the services you ask for. See our Privacy policy.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of good quality, as the Consumer Protection Act requires. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Complaints and disputes
Please call us first at +27 82 344 9300 or visit a store. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission in South Africa, or to the consumer protection authority in your country.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
